Having spent a large part of my life living and working as an artist in Mallorca, I am now at home - literally and figuratively - based in West Sussex.  My inspiration comes from the beautiful countryside of the South Downs and my magical memories of the Mediterranean. I love blurring contemporary and traditional techniques into my art; I search for the quiet language of light, movement and soul in my paintings. My work is in private collections here and abroad. I believe “every artist dips his brush in his own soul, and paints his own nature into his pictures” (H W Beecher).
